In therapy with me, you’ll have a safe space to talk about trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and self-worth. We’ll explore what’s holding you back, heal past wounds, and help you feel more confident, balanced, and in control of your life.

My clients experience me as compassionate, supportive, real, and understanding. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their feelings.

I became a therapist because of my passion for helping others heal, grow, and break free from past pain to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

As a therapist, I primarily use EMDR and ART to help uncover the root causes of your challenges. Both therapies reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their emotional charge and helping you heal at a deeper level than talk therapy alone.
