Create real goals that address the underlying issues and difficulties that may be making your everyday life harder. My hope is that you begin to feel as though you are a better version of yourself. We can also help to help you better understand yourself with psychological testing, if needed.

Warm, empathetic, compassionate, insightful, gentle, real, non-judgmental, encouraging, non-intimidating, and supportive. (At least I hope that's how they view me, ha!) I love to laugh and appreciate finding humor (maybe even sometimes inappropriate humor) in hard situations.

I wanted to help. I enjoy working with people and watching them realize they have everything they need within themselves.

Starting therapy can be frightening and, for a lot of us, talking about our feelings doesn’t come easy. I want everyone to know that it's normal to feel nervous at first but that I think you will find that it's worth it once you start the process.
